How It Works

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Meet Jan – garden designer and your guide on this exciting journey! This is your opportunity to share your ideas, dreams, and everything in between. Jan will introduce her work, listen closely, and begin to understand how she can bring your vision to life.

2. WE BEGIN…

Next, you’ll complete a client questionnaire. This helps Jan gather all the details about you, your garden space, and your aspirations. It’s a vital step that ensures clari-ty and allows Jan to prepare a tailored design brief, unique to your needs.

3. SITE SURVEY

Jan will visit your outdoor space to carry out a detailed site survey. She’ll take measurements, assess key features, and make observations that will shape the design process.

4. DESIGN

With all the insights gathered, Jan gets to work. Drawing on her creativity and design knowledge, she’ll craft a beautiful and functional outdoor room that reflects your life-style, aesthetic, and budget.

5. PRESENTATION

Time for the big reveal! Sit back with a cuppa as Jan presents your dream garden design. You’ll receive plans, visuals, and a detailed quotation. This is your moment to ask questions, fine-tune any elements, and gain full clarity on the proposal.

6. BOOK YOUR GARDEN MAKEOVER

Love what you see? Let’s bring it to life! You’ll receive a service contract outlining the terms, timeline, and payment schedule. Once confirmed, Jan will guide you through every step of the transformation with regular updates and answers to any questions.

7. COMPLETION

Your new garden is ready! Jan will walk you through the final space during a full hand-over to ensure you’re completely happy with every detail. This is the start of something beautiful – your garden, reimagined.
